Aged in 3000 liter barrels, this cachaça has acquired an excellent balance, with characteristic aromas of anise, spices and vanilla. On the palate it is very smooth, with a light and pleasant spiciness.
With good unctuousness and persistence, as well as the characteristic low acidity of Santa Capela cachaças, this Bálsamo version is fast becoming a favorite among our customers.

Cachaça stored aged in oak
Aged in new American oak barrels of different toasts, this cachaça has achieved structure and power balanced with harmony and smoothness uncommon in cachaça of this segment.
Intense aromas of vanilla, raisins and spices make up a pleasant and persistent taste sensation with a very satisfying aftertaste.
This version is certainly an excellent purchase opportunity for our client and will soon become a “best by”.
