On September 1st, 2022, the Santa Capela Distillery, together with the restaurant Tábula de Americana – SP, had the honor of receiving bartender Marcelo Serrano (creator of ginger foam) for a special night marked by joy, relaxation and flavors.

Two incredible drinks were offered, created by Marcelo, with our classic Santa Capela cachaça: Santo Cupido and La Capela de Yoko, it was simply unique!

Chefs Carlos and Geleia do Tábula, also prepared special dishes for this night where our cachaça was the special ingredient, making the dishes unique.

It was an incredible night, full of remarkable aromas and flavors!
